Taka ok Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

1. Introduction & Definitions

Taka OK (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. This Terms & Conditions document serves as a legally binding agreement between you and Taka OK.

Definitions

• "User" — any individual who has registered on or is using the services of Taka OK.
• "Account" — the Taka OK profile registered under the user's name.
• "Bet" — The activity of placing money on the outcome of an event.
• "Balance" — the total balance available in the user's account.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the taka ok support team immediately.

3. Betting Rules & Guidelines

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on Taka OK:

Bet Acceptance & Rejection

Taka ok reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. Bets placed using abnormally large amounts or by exploiting system errors will be considered void.

Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

Live Betting

• Bets may be cancelled during live betting due to network issues.
• For in-play bets, wagering is suspended for a few seconds after a score change.
• Results recorded on taka ok's servers shall be considered final.

Match cancelled or suspended

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or completed outside its scheduled time, Taka OK may refund or void the relevant bets. This decision is final.

4. Payment Policy

All financial transactions on Taka OK are governed by the following rules:

Deposit

• All deposits must be made from a Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in the user's own name.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdraw

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Taka ok offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus carries its own specific terms, but the general conditions are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only — once per person.
• To withdraw bonus funds, specific wagering requirements must be met (typically 5x to 30x).
• Bets placed with bonus funds generally require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is found (e.g. arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts), the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Taka OK platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false information or someone else's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Taka OK reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For breach of Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of failed KYC verification or information discrepancies.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be made available for withdrawal.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Taka ok takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Data you provide is used solely for service operations, KYC verification, and legal compliance.

9. Limitation of Liability

Taka OK is not liable for the following:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or network issues.
• Damage caused by viruses or malware on the user's own device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure — natural disasters, server attacks, or other unforeseeable events.

Taka ok's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

10. Right to Amend Rules

Taka ok reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.
